Nigmatullin Ramil Marsovich

The name of Ramil Marsovich Nigmatullin is well known among the professional community of teachers, museum workers and public figures involved in the patriotic, cultural and moral education of youth. Teacher-organizer of the highest qualification category of the MBOUDO "House of Childhood and Youth" of the Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the school military-patriotic museum "Young Guard" MBOU "Takanysh Secondary School", member of the Union of Journalists of Russia and the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Assembly of the People of the World" became a laureate of the International Competition "Leader of Public Diplomacy" in 2025 year.

Ramil Nigmatullin’s victory was brought by a large-scale and long-term project - the innovative cultural and educational educational platform “Friendship of Peoples - the Future of the World” of the Republic of Tatarstan, implemented within the framework of the International socio-educational project “The Great Victory Unites Nations”.

A project that knows no borders

The project has been operating since March 2023 and is intended to be indefinite. Its key goal is to intensify the patriotic, cultural and moral education of the younger generation and strengthen friendship between peoples through public diplomacy. In essence, it is a living platform for international dialogue, at the center of which are historical memory, culture, education and human communication.

The geography of the project implementation covers the Republic of Tatarstan, other regions of the Russian Federation, CIS countries and non-CIS countries. The work format allows you to unite participants both in person and online, which is especially important for international cooperation.

Wide audience and partner network

The site’s target audience is about 3,000 people. These are students of general education and secondary specialized educational institutions, university students, representatives of veteran and public organizations, creative intelligentsia, writers, poets, journalists, education system workers, heads of school museums, directors and researchers of municipal and state museums.

The project is based on a wide partner network. It includes educational institutions, veterans and public organizations, school, municipal and state museums in Russia, near and far abroad countries. Such interaction makes the platform sustainable and truly international.

Results confirmed by action

By the end of 2025, 175 events were held within the framework of the project, of which 130 were held internationally in an online format. Activists of the site became winners and prize-winners of international, all-Russian and regional competitions, events, scientific and practical conferences and festivals.

The international round table “School museums - a look into the future”, held on November 25, 2025, became a significant event. It united the school museums of the Municipal Educational Institution “Bendery Secondary School No. 20” in the village of Giska of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR), the City Council of People’s Deputies of the city of Bendery PMR, the Museum of “Combat Glory of Paratrooper Veterans” of the MAOU “Gymnasium No. 2” in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, the school museum “Young Guard” in the village of Saiga, Verkhneketsky District, Tomsk Region and the International socio-educational project “The Great Victory Unites Nations.”

In 2024 and 2025, two international scientific and practical conferences for children and youth “We Are Faithful to Memory” were also held, which became a platform for dialogue between generations and the exchange of research experience.

Projects that continue to grow

The activities of the site are not limited to one direction. Within its framework, the international networking project “Meeting with Outstanding People” and the international local history, historical, educational and cultural project “Keepers of Historical Memory” are being implemented. A special place is occupied by the publication of the magazine “Peace and Friendship”, which has become a media platform for the ideas of public diplomacy. Currently, preparations are underway for the launch of the international educational project “School of a Young Diplomat”.

Leadership as responsibility and service

For Ramil Nigmatullin, leadership is, first of all, the ability to inspire and motivate. He sees his task as helping schoolchildren and young people to reveal their creative and leadership potential, to open new horizons through interaction with educational institutions, veterans and public associations.

A leader, in his opinion, must feel the needs of students, understand their desires and create conditions for self-realization. This is not only leadership, but also responsibility for the result - for the success or failure of projects. Leadership is impossible without constant learning, self-improvement, willingness to change and the ability to work in a team. That is why it is so important to unite students, parents, teachers, representatives of the creative intelligentsia and public organizations for the sake of a common goal - strengthening peace and friendship between peoples.

Vector of further cooperation

Among the priorities, Ramil Nigmatullin names the development of the magazine “Peace and Friendship”, the creation of conditions for the implementation of the “School of a Young Diplomat” project, as well as the expansion of international networking and joint events, including online formats. A separate area is cooperation within the framework of the “Keepers of Historical Memory” project.

The story of Ramil Nigmatullin’s victory in the “Leader of Public Diplomacy” competition is an example of how one person’s initiative, based on professionalism, values and partnership, can grow into an international movement uniting people, countries and generations.
