Adriana Fernandes Vieira

Adriana Viera is a laureate of the V International contest «Leader of Public Diplomacy 2026» in the Media Diplomacy category. She is a Journalist and Public Relations (PR), an expert in Reputation Management who created a business model at her agency InterMídia Comunicação Integrada, that works to mitigate business risks based on a proprietary Reputation Management methodology that integrates Journalism and Strategic Communication, ESG, and Social Responsability.

Adriana Vieira believes Stategic Communications & PR is a bridge to built trust, reputation, positive social impact and peace. She says « Communication with purpose is my mission and my super power to help to improve other peoples ´lives, my country and the world. My voice and my work exists to follow this ».

After a successfull carrer in Media / Television Broadcast for 10 years, she founded and runs InterMídia Comunicação Integrada, a PR & Corporative Communications Agency located in Maranhão State, Northeast of Brazil. A region with a lot of potential to develop and grow.

At InterMídia, Adriana Vieira has pivoted her work and carrer, from a Corporative Crisis Management Expert to a Social Solutions´Creator and Provider.

With the project case “Womens´Enpowerment in Cajueiro Area – Education and Work to Grown » Adriana Vieira has won the first place in this contest in her category.

About the Project – Case: Entrepreneurhsip as An Opportunity to change the lives of socially vulnerable women in the rural area oj Cajueiro District

Her purpose comes to life through InterMídia’s work with its client TUP Porto São Luís and women in Cajueiro, Maranhão, Brazil. Created by her agency in 2023, the initiative has provided vocational and entrepreneurship training to more than 100 women facing social vulnerability, helping participants start businesses, earn income and create better opportunities for their families. By connecting corporate investment with community aspirations, the project has also helped rebuild dialogue and trust in a relationship marked by conflict. It reflects Adriana’s belief that communication creates lasting value when it turns listening into action—strengthening reputation while empowering people to shape their own futures.

In addition to conference activities, Adriana Vieira is the co- author of books about Corporative Communications & ESG. Professor, speaker, and researcher in the fields of Corporate Communication, Reputation Management, and Social License to Operate. She serves as CEO of the agency InterMídia Comunicação Integrada, a company that works to mitigate business risks based on a proprietary Reputation Management methodology that integrates Journalism and Strategic Communication, ESG, and Social Responsability.
